Sawubona...

“My journey with psychedelic medicine started over a decade ago, back in 2005, I was watching a BBC documentary series airing on national geographic, and the main presenter of the show, would go into different tribes and get initiated, I remember the time he was in Gabon and he had an extremely life altering moment after taking Ibogaine.
My mind never rested since…

I felt an enormous pull towards natural psychedelics, studied a lot of tribes, read books & watched documentaries; it offered me an escape mechanism from mental replay of severe childhood trauma.

One day after relapsing to suicidal depression, I decided to try the medicine & found myself laying on the middle of a hiking trail after consuming a crazy 3.5 times normal dose & Boy oh boy! My world turned upside down, I lost consciousness, I died, I explored energies, I met my ancestors- recent & past, some shouting, asking me “what the hell are you doing here, child?”, I met weird Amazonian or Aztec man who were singing & teaching me how to administer different plant medicines, growing up in a murder ridden area, during civil war, late eighties & early nineties didn’t make me a tough cookie either, even spending almost 2 years as a sangoma initiate in my early twenties couldn’t rescue me, the medicine systematically broke me apart & I experienced gushing! Paranoid! It re-traumatized me. It was like I just tried jumping into a fast-moving empty train, I was wounded & abandoned. The intensity of my trip left me asking many questions about existence & worse left me in a state of mixed enlightenment & trauma, the ending wasn’t happy either, I was tripping even with my eyes open, luckily a good Samaritan helped me around the 9th hour, I came with my motorcycle & left on a car strapped to a sit! Many hours later my trip ended…it took me a long time to unpack & understand what had happened in those 16 hours.

Armed with incredible respect, I went deeper into my research , fast forward to this day I have experienced different teacher plants and they have taught me enormously, how to navigate them, I’ve met many amazing people and connected to shamanic communities that’ve been really helpful.

We’ve helped people deal with intense trauma, chronic pains & existential angst, I now carry emotional certainty that transformation is certain; Using different medicines infused with psychotherapy, African spirituality, yoga & human needs psychology.

If you feel called to have a session with us, lets navigate your hurt together, let’s find a solution around it…welcome to your pilgrimage.”
